Thanks for the useful links Alex. I am planning on developing some risk management/assessment tools in the future and always appreciate extra reading material.

Thanks for collecting these reference, they will definitely be great guides for me. I just started reading the first link, and was surprised and satisfied that it’s readable and not too academic.
