		<description>Nice post Alex.  I think you and I met online after his 2007 push against FAIR.  He seems to have a completely different world view.  From his posts, I don&#039;t understand what his alternative to assessing risk (guessing about the future) would be.  It is a requirement since we don&#039;t know the future.</description>
